I had to find where the AC drain line was clogged. I tried 5 times to get this done and only L&S Construction & Remodeling would take on the challenge. Two words describe them "Professional and Perfection". Leo went above and beyond. He had to open a large portion of the ceiling and the wall in order to follow the drain line to where it was draining. The source wasn't even the drain line itself it was in the old galvanized main house drain. This work required replacing the old main galvanized drain pipe with code compliant pipes, and replace all the removed drywall, texture it and paint. I was extremely happy with the progress of the work. Leo's work was of high quality and perfect. I was highly satisfied with the final outcome.

I hired them to paint two bedrooms and install 1 ceiling fan. I’m really happy with how it all turned out. The team was super professional and Liz was on top of everything and made sure I was taken care of. I would recommend this company to other’s and use them for future projects.

Leo did an amazing job transforming my beauty salon! He didn't just paint the interior walls, he also installed my curtain rods, mounted my TV, installed shelves, changed out my door knob, and even installed a ceiling fan. His pricing was very reasonable, and he generously offered a military discount. Liz and her team did an awesome job at painting and repairing the stucco of the exterior of my rental building. I would definitely hire them again.
