Over the years he has repaired drywall, installed ceiling fans and light fixtures, repaired a wooden gate and installed a much better latch, installed baseboard and put up heavy duty shelves in our garage. He is always prompt and responsive, but most of all just a wonderful human being. Always friendly and not being done with the job until you are totally satisfied. First, you know the company is serious about getting your your work (and confidence) when the owner of the company shows up at your house to appraise your job needs. Jon Polson addressed all my questions about the scope of the work to be undertaken and provided a prompt proposal and estimate of costs. Once approved, the JP team went into action. Mike Long oversaw the entire process coordinating various teams of window installers, siding crew, and painters. They really work as a team. There were some unavoidable delays due to weather, (It was early spring.) but I was kept informed of all necessary rescheduling. All the crews did a great job and left the job site clear and clean at the end of every workday. Any remodel or construction job has a degree of stress for the homeowner, but JP Construction kept the stress level low. Final walkthrough went well. The last thing Mike did was replace a window screen that had been damaged during the work process. I have another job pending and plan on using JP once again."

Mr Ludwig showed up promptly on time. He could have done the replacements and been in and out quickly. He showed us the stripping was not the problem, the doors had settled out of alignment. He removed each and re-hung adjusting hinges on 1. All the gaps were gone and the doors looked square. We liked that he explained everything he did and why. Very thorough. Personable, articulate, knowledgeable, professional. Answered all our questions with patience and courtesy. Being older folks, we were very impressed with the entire experience.
