"We had originally set up time for a week later than the work was done. I told Louis at the time that if something came open earlier that I would appreciate moving the time up. A few days later I received a call that there was a cancellation and he could be out on Friday. Louis arrived on time and began working on the 1st project. We discussed other projects that I would like done. I spent a lot of time between the house and local big orange box getting supplies for all of the projects I came up with. Wood rot repair on a door & shed, align interior and exterior doors, molding replacement, caulking & sealing holes and expansion joints and a myriad of other lesser jobs. He was fast, efficient and thorough. He did a great job.."

"I am so pleased with my home improvements done by JP Construction! They replaced crumbling siding with Hardie plank and painted the exterior. They power washed our limestone and it looks like new. They basically rebuilt our exterior fireplace as much of the interior wood was rotted. They relocated our master bath window, installed a new one, and replaced our patio door with one we'd bought, all in conjunction with the siding and painting work! It was almost seamless. "We thought the 4 exterior doors needed weather stripping replaced. There was a gap at each door bottom right corner where our cold air came in and our heat was escaping. Mr Ludwig showed up promptly on time. He could have done the replacements and been in and out quickly. He showed us the stripping was not the problem, the doors had settled out of alignment. He removed each and re-hung adjusting hinges on 1. All the gaps were gone and the doors looked square. We liked that he explained everything he did and why. Very thorough. Personable, articulate, knowledgeable, professional. Answered all our questions with patience and courtesy. Being older folks, we were very impressed with the entire experience.
