He is very precise when it comes to details such as proper paints, matching, and repairs. He is equally great when it comes to exterior work. He is also very fair with pricing and shows up as scheduled. He does not rush the job and does not ask to be paid until the job is done. When expressing these concerns to Five Star Painting's project manager, I was met with extreme hostility and an absolute lack of understanding. Instead of having a discussion about my concerns it was immediately escalated to a "production manager" - almost as if this happens quite often . . . For a paint company, they sure do not understand paint, let alone customer care."
