"Jorge offered reasonable prices and his crew did a great job manually de-sodding then leveling out some low spots. Took a 2-man crew most of the day for 2200 sqft. After two weeks now the Palmetto St. Augustine seems to be taking good root into the loam layer. Hopefully will be quite a bit more shade tolerant than the builder grade grass that slowly died out."
