Proposed very interesting ideas and got us really excited. He promised to send a quote in a day or two. We have been waiting since. I called them twice and every time they promised the quote would be sent by end of day. Still nothing after a week and now they don't answer the phone nor return my calls. Very disappointing. Would not recommend."

Proposed very interesting ideas and got us really excited. He promised to send a quote in a day or two. We have been waiting since. Stephanie provided great design services for our back yard after we added a new pool. Andy and the team came in and re-sodded the yard, planted multiple plants/trees and took care of the sprinkler system a well. Their level of customer service is great. One of the few contractors that actually gets back to you and follows up. We have recomended them to multiple neighbour's already and will continue to use them for any other projects we do!"

Then he says he never said things he definitely did. The contract says to reframe my deck and he will say things like Reframe does not mean reframe. We got ripped off. Not worth the money. Now a lot of money later, we have to hire someone else to complete the job. You will get scammed."

"Do not hire these people They inflated the cost of all the materials on their invoice. The works was shoddy at best. The stair railing they put up is only held by a tiny sliver of metal that will break and be a huge danger the moment one of my children leans on it. They cut the metal railings on the cedardecking. For those that do not know what that does, the iron shavings react with the wood to oxidize, making black marks all over the deck. They attempted to power wash this unsuccessfully and cut into the deck with their washer. Now I have a deck with an unsafe railing, black spots all over, and rough hairs sticking up all over from the power wash. When trying to resolve with Matt, he made fun of my autistic child! I will be suing them. Stay away."
