"I had my condo's balcony enclosure replaced with screens, double glass windows and doors, venetian blinds and flooring, Andrew Mulichak was the design consultant I worked with. He was terrific. He was thorough in explainig my options, helpful in filling out papers for my orders and for financing, He was fun to work with and I recommend calling him if you want a new sunroom or enclosure. I had some installation glitches but the company was good at fixing the problems. I love my new enclosure and I'm glad I hired Patio Enclosures."

"Tx QuickBids did a Great Job. They turned our house into our forever home. One of the things we like most is that they care about making the customer happy instead of just getting to the next job. The owner was very professional, attentive, and responsive during the process. I wanted to upload the before pictures as well but the file was to big. If you have any projects coming up give them a call."

"It was a pleasure dealing with Southern Concrete through the entire process. The salesman was professional and exlpained everthing in detail. The dispatcher notified me that the crew was actually going to be a little early to try and beat the rain. The crew did an excellent job and made sure the jobsite was clean before they left. I would definitely recommend Southern Concrete to my friends and famly."

"The overall project was fine, but the contractor was unwilling to address the issues caused by his crew. For example, the patio with a border was completed, but the roofers trampled all over it. Their solution was to insert rebar to prop the border back up. With five grandchildren under the age of six, this creates a safety concern, as they could easily injure themselves."

"Excellent job, built patio to my specifications on time. Took care of all the permitting and plans for the city and POA. No mess left behind after the job. Colony Builders will be doing my kitchen and master bath next. Thank you for your professionalism."

"All went well. Price quoted was honored. Install was smooth."
