Jason was very professional.
I called him to look at my patio doors which had begun to rot and allow water in, which started causing damage to the wall and floor. He came exactly at the specified time, and recommended ordering replacement pre-hung doors from Lowe's and he quoted me $300 to install the doors. He suggested I get some 2x4's to keep on hand as well. I asked if he could repair the small damaged section of laminate floor with some of the extra planks I had, and he stated that flooring was his specialty.
When the doors ($650 at Lowes) were delivered a few weeks later, I called him and made a date and he showed up on time with two helpers.
The door was installed in one day and the area was clean. He was very thorough-as usual with these things there were unpredictable issues: the door was slightly too large so he ground some of the excess frame, the corner of the wall was rotted showing termite damage (he repaired and sprayed insecticide), and he repaired all of these quickly. He even took the locks off of the old door and put them in the new one, and he cut and hung the new moulding I bought, but I intended to do myself. 
He will come back to finish caulking and will adjust the doors after they have time to settle. He took the old doors so I would not have to put them in my trash.
Because of all of this extra work, I gave him $400, which is still a lot cheaper than Lowe's or Home Depot which would have cost at least $700-800  based on their installation estimates.
I plan on using him again for some other projects in the future--really nice guy and very fair prices.

the owner Jason Hayes was very professional and courteous. He was very fast and focused on the task at hand. He also sub-contracted an elctrician with great results and excellent pricing. i would highly recommend him to anyone at anytime.
