"What Brian failed to mention is the job we bid for 24,000 would have cost him 40,000 had he hired a plumber, an electrician and a painter. This job entailed breaking up the concrete to add plumbing for a second bathroom. Throughout the job Brian would not allow us to complete any part of the job without giving us his "2 cents worth". We appeased his "recommendations" to the best of our ability before things got out of hand. He continually added more work extending the amount of time we had originally quoted. He randomly bought materials that were on his original quote forcing us to modify the quote. The original time to complete the job was 3"
