Technicians were very professionals and knowledgeable. Remote control cover was missing but they promised to replace it.

The workers seemed to know their business but after leaving we checked the vent lines and we were surprised to find a considerable amount of dirt left in them. We used are own vacuum to remove what we could. Not good quality control.

They came again in a few weeks for second application of flee control. I still see today dead roaches but primarily the ones that come from outside. We had no normal inside infestation.
