Excellent overall, they even showed up early! I waited about 3 months from when the work was actually done before posting this review, I wanted to see if the treatment took care of the termites (it did) and if there were any problems that might show up afterwards (there weren't). Amanda took my call, she was very professional and answered some questions I had. She forwarded my request for an estimate to the owner, John. John called me back promptly, it was either within a few hours or the next day. He answered some other questions I had and then we scheduled a time for him to come out for the estimate. John showed up at the time we agreed for the estimate, he measured and took notes as he went around the house, inside and outside. He came up with a written estimate that was much lower than any of the national pest control companies that we also got estimates from. We called them the next day to tell them we wanted the work done as per John's estimate. We then made an appointment for the actual termite treatment. Ruben, John's assistant, showed up about an hour before the appointment time and surveyed the house and yard before starting any of the treatment. He then began to dig the trench around the house. The trench he dug was maybe six inches wide and ten inches deep, so not very disruptive to the yard. He finished digging and then began pumping in the liquid insecticide. Other pest control companies wanted to dig a 1" x 2" trench all around the house and driveway, including drilling inside the house many one inch holes into the ceramic tiles in order to pump in hundreds of gallons of insecticide poison. John showed up on time and went inside to do the inside treatment. He drilled small hose to pump in the powder insecticide in the walls, bathroom areas, etc. and pumped in the insecticide. I think the holes were 5/8", whatever the size, they were so small you could hardly see them. John and Ruben finished treating the house for termites within a few hours. John cleaned up the areas he had drilled in and took all his equipment. Ruben moved the dirt back into the trench he had dug and packed up all his equipment in his truck. HIT Services Pest Control did an excellent job; the did not make a mess while treating the house, they cleaned up any minimal mess they made during the treatment and the termites are gone and have not come back. Also, John was very honest in that he charged us the same amount as the written estimate amount, he didn't try to pull anything shady by trying to charge us extra fees for unexpected extras, extra work needed, unseen complications, etc. that a dishonest person might try. Final note, we have pets and John assured me the insecticides they use were non-toxic to pets. I don't doubt him, so far our pets have not shown any sign of illness or toxicity to the insecticides.

After a thorough inspection, I was informed I did NOT have termites.  The company was prompt, efficient, and honest, and I would not hesitate to recommend Hit Services. 

Their price is fair. They don’t charge you extra if they need to go back to repeat their work. It may take a while to get an appointment sometimes, but I did not experience any problem with their services.

I have used them for 12 years and they come every 3 months. The same technician has been coming out for about 5 years now. They are very trustworthy, the price is reasonable and I will use them again in the future.

They are honest people. He will get you what you want for the price you are looking for. He will accommodate you the best he can.
