When they come out they do fine, but they make appointments without telling you. You have to be at work so how will they get in if you are not at home. They will make an appointment at 11:00, when I am at work. I don't like that you can't call the local office, you have to call a 1-800 number and they don't know what they are doing, but when they come here and they do the job, they do fine work. They score the lowest on their customer service.

The service turns out just fine and I have a service plan with them.

Their service is working out very well. They come out quarterly, as I recall, and they are very unobtrusive. They work around pets and cars parked in the wrong place. They are always responsive to specific requests, but I can't tell you the last time they were there.

Technician was very courteous and professional.  Came a few days before first service to give us estimate; very prompt.
First service was $108, but rate quoted for subsequent service was quite a bit less than other companies we had contacted.  Very pleased with service.

They came out and took care of everything.  They were reasonable because they do a good job.  If you live in Texas, you live in the world of termites so you need to have some kind of protection for our home.  In our area lots of people had termite problem and they didn’t have Terminix and I sent Terminix to them and all seem to be happy. When I first got them we were having problem with bugs in the kitchen and they pretty well eliminated that.  They gave me a little clue saying if there are bugs in the cereal put it in the freezer for a day or two and the bugs won’t hurt me.  They supplied us with spray and things like that when they showed up.  We called them back a couple of times for the kitchen bugs and they came back and it was part of their monthly or quarterly service. They are also available.  If I have a problem they respond immediately.  They call before coming out in case we are not at home or if there are pets outside.  If we are not there when they are coming we need to call and they change the dates.

They come every 3-6 months to inspect. They charge a reasonable fee and I am happy with their service. If there is ever an issue, they will come back out.

They provide good service. We have a contract with them for one year.

They do a good job, and they're as good as they can be.  They are very responsive and courteous.  They always come when they say they will.  They are kind of expensive, and I pay about $300 a year.

I got an estimate from them, compared it with other companies and took a bid from them. They are fine, and they are a reputable company. They are good, very reliable, and their prices are reasonable. They are a little expensive. We will continue to use them in the future.

You get a service call from them every three months. They are good about keeping the appointments. I’m considering using another service.
