I still do business with them. They've been great. The termite control was pretty expensive.

I'm considering buying a house and contacted several critter control people asking for inspection estimates.  Every one, except Safeguard, assumed I needed a written report.  Safeguard specified that an oral report would be free, but a written report was not.  I was ordering the report primarily for myself, so I was glad to hear this and scheduled a visit with both the current homeowner and Safeguard.

The technician arrived exactly when he said that he would.  He was polite and spoke fluent English.  He inspected both the exterior and interior of the house and garage and found signs of current roach infestation and past wood-destroying insect infestation, but no current termite or carpenter ant issues.

He even showed me the evidence of the past colonies and prior termite treatments, educating me on what to look for in a professional treatment versus an amateur treatment.

I was concerned that Safeguard would tell me that the home had bugs, even if it didn't, so I'd need to buy the inspection report to show the current homeowner. They did not!  Not only was the report honest, but he showed me the physical evidence to back it up!

I'm glad the technician accepted a tip because he was there for over half an hour inspecting, and it was hot out.

I intend to hire them in the future, when or if I buy this house.

They srayed the inside and outside.  they took the time to explain things.  They did a good job!

I just used them once and I was very happy with their service. They came out a few times.  My brother paid for it.  They were very professional and very nice.  They were courteous and prompt.  They were very thorough and explained everything very well.  I am very, very satisfied with them. I saw them at an expo in my convention center.

They do service every 3 months.  My home has a tubing system inside the wall so they don’t really have to come inside the house they just attach it to the holes outside of the house.  They insert the poison and never have to come in.  I am set up for automatic recurring visit, so they always call one day ahead of time and let me know they are coming.  If I don’t want them to come I contact them otherwise I don’t have to communicate anything with them.  When they are done they just leave a bill. I never had any trouble and I have already subscribed for 2-3 years already.  The price is right but I have not made any comparison with others.  Regarding the quality I never had any problem between their visits.

We have a termite contract with them. Everything is okay.
