Horrible! On their 2nd visit the technician slipped through my ceiling and they assured me it would get fixed! A week later, I’m still waiting for the hole in the ceiling to get fixed.

They came again in a few weeks for second application of flee control. I still see today dead roaches but primarily the ones that come from outside. We had no normal inside infestation.

I haven't seen a lot of live roaches but there is sliverfish and I was told it was for all types of indoor bugs

Mark Sullivan was very professional and gave me an excellent proposal. We didn't use his service because of reasons unrelated to the proposal or inspection and will definitely keep him on our list for any future pest control needs. Stephan was very knowledgeable about rat behaviors and treated the problem very professionally. He came on several occasions and was able to extract all but one pesky rat. We are still working on getting him. Hopefully that will happen soon or we will call Bug Works again.
