"Dear Sir, I have reviewed my invoices for the day and month you say we installed a garage door opener for you and also searched for the amount you paid and your name with no results, is it possible that you may be mistaken in which company you hired? I am the owner and installer and do not recall a recent customer who needed a dual button remote for their gate and garage door, if that's what you requested we would have surly tried to accommodate you. Please give me a call so we can try to resolve your issue. Thank you!"
"Rest assured you were not taken advantage of. You got exactly what I discussed with your wife and at the price she had agreed to. The rollers that were used and installed are the finest rollers I could have offered you. These are high cycle with sealed precision bearings and a nylon boot over a steel wheel which I'm assuming you're mistaking for plastic. Considering your wife wanted to buy a new door ($1400) I believe I did an excellent job at keeping cost down. Customer called me after hours and left a voice mail which I returned 10 minutes later he did not answer my calls, left him a voice asking him to call me so I could address his concerns. He never did return my call nor give me a chance to try to resolve his issue."

I am the owner and technician and would have most definitely not left your house without fixing that problem, the only way I would have done so is if I had told you how to resolve the problem and you refused the service. If you feel that I am mistaken and we did service you, please call me so we can correct the problem. I strive to please my customers and would have also been disappointed if my door and system was not working properly. Thank You!"
