After a therapeutic misadventure at the hands of a vet in that clinic about two years ago that nearly cost my pet's life, resulted in thousands of dollars in additional bills and turned a room of my house into a pet ICU where I was alternately feeding him pureed diet through a surgically implanted feeding tube, checking blood sugars 4X per day and administering insulin, completely preventable with appropriate clinical judgement before this vet instigated that unfortunate chain of events, I became rather selective with whom I would trust my pet's care. After all, in an obese pet with a dcoumented weight loss, common sense dictates at least a blood sugar, if not a fructosamine, be checked before an intensive course of weekly depot steroids.  But clinical judgment is hard to find in that practice.  Top two causes for that are (in order of likelihood): diabetes and cancer.   Thank G-d cats have nine lives.  That may almost be enough to survive this practice.
So, when my pet stopped eating a week ago, I called the practice to see who was there and specifically requested Dr. X.  When I got there, I was assured by front desk staff, Dr. X would see my pet.  After being left 20 minutes sitting on a bench and approaching lunch hour, I again inquired about seeing Dr. X and was reassured my cat would be seen by Dr. X.  25 minutes after that point, I was informed Dr. X had gone to lunch and my pet would be seen by Dr. Y..  I was strongly tempted to leave immediately, never return, & seek treatment elsewhere, but unfortunately remained.  After observations leading me to believe mouth pain (or stomatitis) was the cause of my cat's problems, an incomplete set of vitals (no temperature) were taken.  I suggested to the vet mouth pain may be the root cause of my cat's problems.  After probing his mouth she stated she thought he had an abscessed tooth, and prescribed an antibiotic.  No recommendations for follow-up care were made.  And I guess vital signs aren't so vital with them.  Or maybe they took to heart the commandment from Samuel Shem's medical satire "The House of God": "If you don't take a temperature you can't find a fever!".
After a week of antibiotics (with prescription run out) and a pureed diet with blood sugars becoming progressively harder to control, I left for work after giving my cat 3 1/2 units of insulin for a blood glucose in the 330s, and making arrangements for a sitter to check my pet's behavior at time of peak insulin effect (R/O hypoglycemia).  I made two calls (spaced 3 hours apart) to the practice trying to get a return call from my usual vet there concerning what to do next.  7 hours later, I got a call back and faced with that clinical picture was told she couldn't see my pet that day or even the following one.
For demonstrated abject veterinary ignorance, total lack of clinical judgment and plain ordinary negligence over a period of years encompassing multiple practitioners complemented by deceitful unprofessionalism by the desk staff rendering it impossible to try and protect my pets from them, I am taking care of my fur babies elsewhere.

My bird was acting strange so I took her in to get examined. The wait time was extremely short. The doctor was very gentle with her. This was the only vet that I found on a short notice that examines birds, and I was very pleased. My bird took her medicine and was visibly better in just a few days.

We have been using them for five years and we know that they are going to take care of the pets well. We have three cats and two dogs. We have one small dog and one large dog and so we have a variety in needs with that. The pets always come out more cared for, we don't find anything that is added on that we don't prior approve so there is nothing hidden and the folks are friendly. The only negative is if we want to pick them up say we get back in town on a Sunday well there is like a $120 fee for them coming in for pick up per pet so we couldn't just pay them $120 and get all five back it would be huge so they stay until Monday. In terms of price we think it's like $6 a cat and like $10 a dog and that includes food. If we want to them have dipped or anything else while they are in there that's extra but many times if its time for their annual shots or the like we will just have them do that while the pets are in there and that saves us a road trip latter. We would just like to say that we are not a 100% sure on the price for the Sunday pick up.

We've been using them for over a decade. They have at least three veterinarians there. They are competent. Over the years we have had lots of types of rabbits. The veterinarian that we go to specializes in rabbits. They have a big staff there. The owner is committed to animals. They are good, but they're not cheap. Our experience has been very satisfactory.

She is a shining star among veterinarians. She is so compassionate and had to put down one of our dogs and saw to the other one that died last month. She and her staff always send us personalized sympathy cards when you lose an animal. We prefer to bring out pets home to bury and they give you a little casket shaped box to carry your pet home. I will use her again in the future.

I am new to the area and have not established a vet for my pets. A coworker recommended this animal clinic. I walked in, as no appointment is needed. After I signed in I waited 15 minutes to see a vet tech who did the regular checks of my dog and asked why I was there. I told them that my dog has an allergic reaction to flea bites and I wanted some medication for that and some flea treatment for him. A few minutes later the tech returned with the vet who asked a few more questions and also checked my dog for fleas. I explained that my dog's regular vet in Houston would give him a shot of cortizone when flea season started due to his allergies. I asked for the same and some flea medication as I had left his monthly flea medication in Houston. The vet returned with the medication and treated my dog with not only the medication but with several dog treats. The entire staff was very nice, professional and made me feel welcome. I will keep this animal clinic for all my pets. I felt the fee paid was fair for the office visit, shot and monthly flea preventative.
