They came out right away to repair my roof before a thunderstorm. So far the repair has held up during other storms. They are going to provide me with an estimate for roof replacement. I am going to consider them over companies who would not help me during this emergency.

These 2 young men were late coming out but called to say that and when they arrived were very apologetic. This was greatly appreciated because so often one is left hanging wondering if someone will truly show up. Once there we worked together to solve the simple solution and installed a new concrete tile on our very steep roof. They will be called again for any roofing issues we run into.

Austin Roof Specialists were great, did all work quickly, the crew was very hard working and did a quality job. I have zero complaints.

I was pleased that I choose them, their work was professional and well done to detail.

They did a fast jo but also kept the site clean ND FREE OF NAILS and metal scraps while and after they were working.

They showed up when they said they would and finished when they said they would. They also cleaned up well before they left, when I need a new roof I will call them. We only had repairs done, but they repaired the dormers and chimney as well.

We had never had to file an insurance claim before, Austin Roof Specialists, not only installed our roof and all of the items associated with this event, they helped us through each step of this process. We love our new roof and can’t thank Austin Roof Specialists enough for all the help they gave us!

They were the best. They showed up very quickly and put a tarp over my roof in case it rained. Then they were out two days later to start the job. They worked from early morning to early evening and got most of the new patio roof done. Came back later and finished up and cleaned up even cleaning out my enclosed patio after the skylights were open which debris dropped in. Gary and Mike were both very easy to work with and understood my problems with this added on roof. They are on my permanent list of exceptional workers. I cannot praise them highly enough. Wonderful people. Thank you so much.

Quality people, good work ethic, prompt with the service and on time. I am very relieved to have this work done because some day soon it may rain. Seriously though, I highly recommend this company.
