Then, the A/C unit began dripping water into the emergency drain pan because of a misconnected drain pipe. Later, the P-trap started leaking water into the attic. The quality of Anderson A/C?s workmanship declined quickly?and unfortunately, so did their reputation in my eyes. The staff were friendly, which is why I?m giving them 3 stars instead of just one."
