"I highly recommend this company. I called the company in the morning and receive service the same day. I asked to get a call when the tech was on the way and that request was also granted. Thank you Anointed Air for your professionalism."

"Mr. Justin Craig from Bob Jayâ s Heating and Air Conditioning installed a 4-ton 16 seer Daikin Fit Heat Pump system at our home. Along with the new air conditioner, Justin corrected an air flow deficiency by installing an additional air return and ductwork. He also brought the system up to code and replaced the thermostat. Daikin provides a 12 -year parts, 12-year unit replacement, and 2-year labor warranty. On our 16 seer unit I had the option to purchase a labor contract through Daikin which would extend my labor warranty to 12-years. The 12-year parts and unit replacement warranty is uncommon and very refreshing in the air conditioning industry. It must be noted that for the system to be eligible for replacement under the warranty provided by the manufacturer, Daikin requires proof of regular yearly maintenance. The excellent work done by Justin has solved our air conditioning needs. Customer service and timely responses to requests for information are the trademark of Justinâ s work. I would recommend Bob Jayâ s and Justin Craig for any air conditioning work you need done. Thank you Justin!"

"Prichards fixed an ongoing issue that had cost me quite a bit of money in the past. A couple other techs had come out to help with no luck. One tech changed a part and that didn't do it, the other didn't find anything wrong. Well now it works and it's been working and for not very much money. I will keep Prichards in my phone book for the future."

"Team Enoch does it again. Didnt even try to sell me a whole new AC system for $9000, like others would. Finally someone i can trust"

"They did a great job repairing my light fixtures and replacing/repairing my bathroom fan. Their prices were fair and I managed to get quotes for future work. They were friendly and attentive, as well . I will definitely use their services again!"

"Excellent communications, prompt install of replacement 4 ton AC at a reasonable price."

"It's that time of the year! They are local (Kempner), like and follow their page. Native Heating and Air LLC truly impressed me with their exceptional service from start to finish. Melanie and her team provided flawless installation, competitive pricing, and a comprehensive maintenance plan. Despite receiving multiple estimates, Native stood out and won the bid with their expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction. Most importantly, there were no annoying sales pushes, which was a refreshing change and a big reason why I switched my former HVAC provider. Special thanks to James from the City of Copperas Cove - Municipal Government building inspector for his professionalism. Additionally, I must commend Josh, the owner of Native, for his act of kindness and honesty. He went above and beyond by pointing out a minor cosmetic defect in the unit that I hadn't noticed during inspection. He chose to do the right thing, which resulted in him replacing it with an intact unit from the distributor located out of town to ensure my satisfaction - all done the same day! For all your HVAC needs, choose Native Heating and Air! You will not be disappointed! Call them for any maintenance, repairs, replacements or new installations. I'm very happy!"
