Excellent work ?. I had my central a/c unit for 15 years, the thermostat constantly went out. I had DaD?s Thermostat to come out and explain patiently what was happening with the old a/c I realized that it was time for a new one. I previously used the same air conditioning company for 10+ years however became dissatisfied with repeated service calls for the same issue. Last week, I contacted Dad’s Thermostat after reading a review on the BBB regarding my original company. Dad’s Thermostat came out on the same day as the call, gave me a very small service window of time so I did not have to spend hours waiting, called me within 15 minutes of the service window then arrived 5 minutes later. The service time was very efficient and included photos. The air has been blowing at the set temperature with no problems.

Awesome service! I submitted a message for a/c service on his website and he answered the very next day. He fixed the a/c issue and was very polite. 10 out of 10.

I would like others to know that DAD's Thermostat are very dependable and that your can trust them to do the job they are called to do. I am completely satisfied with the work I have received.

Steve came to my father-in-laws house and he was very nice and very professional. I asked for help on Friday, he called me on Friday, and he was the only one that called, and he came Saturday morning to do the job. He even swept up the mess after he was done. He answered all of my questions.
