The owners manual recommends checking the chain tension & adjusting it if needed. He did not look at it at all. He did not perform a safety check either."

"If I could give anything lower than a 1 star I would. This place is absolutely horrendous. They don't do the work they say they will, they were called out to replace 1 spring. They replaced 2 and left the opener non working. Never called me to talk about it, nothing. Never gave me options on how to fix it- even though I asked multiple times... just kept sending me invoices....for a non working door......in which I kept asking how can we get it to work, they said they would look into it and call me back. Never did... When I finally called in for the 4th or 5th time to get answers they were SO RUDE to me. I was hung up on by the owners wife (didn't catch her name). I was also hung up on by the front office lady Lori. I guess my tone I was using was bad they said, they both were listening to the call and said I was being condescending not that I was saying anything mean/rude (which I wasn't). I hardly think that would be a reason to hang up on someone....especially someone who was calling in to resolve the situation.....I was trying to explain the situation, which has been going on since February so I guess it was a bit of a story, which they seem to not care about. The conversation ended with Lori calling me the C word (I'll let you figure out what that is).... I mean wow! I have dealt with some crazy people before but this honestly had me at a loss for words. I am not one who thinks the customer is always right and the workers have to put up with anything a customer does ( I work in customer service too) but HOLY MOLY this was another level! These ladies were out of control with how they were speaking with me. I am not sure if they were having a REALLY bad day or other personal issues but dang leave that at home ladies! Treat people how you would like to be treated...even if you didn't like my tone, I do not deserve to be spoken to like that. I'm sorry, I wasn't trying to be condescending... I am at work, so taking softly to not get in trouble for being on my cell phone. Maybe the whispering or speaking softly was bad? I don't know but jeeze! I'd certainly like an apology from the owner.... who they would never tell me his/her name or how to reach them... DO BETTER!"

Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. Both companies were unprofessional, negligent, and refused accountability. Landmark?s use of these contractors makes me seriously question the value of having a home warranty at all."
