Anointed Air

Gave me a very fair bid on Saturday, arrived on time, on Tuesday, finished in one day, did an excellent job, charged a hundred dollars less than the bid. My wife discovered a very miner miscue, called him, was here within 45 minutes and fixed the problem on the spot. I recommend Annointed Air to anyone for any job.

There is no other company I would use in the area. Very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, reliable and excellent service.

I am so happy and grateful that the air is now working upstairs and that I was referred to someone that could put a blower on one of my air duct, because the home is so big that Iâ m going to need the blower for one of the rooms on the far end of the home.

Theo was very timely in his response to my request for professional assistance. I noticed my heating wasn’t working around 7pm on the eve of New Year’s eve (Dec 30th). It was at 10pm when I realized I needed professional assistance (my limited attempts at troubleshooting was ineffective). I reached out to Home Advisor for quotes. I contacted 3 Home Advisor and 1 non-Home Advisor associated companies for assistance. Before I finished my early morning workout at the athletic club the following morning (less than 12 hours since my initial job request), Theo had already contacted me offering to come out and assess the problem. He came out on a very cold and rainy New Year’s eve morning. Based on my description of the problem I was having, Theo anticipated what would be needed for the repair and he stopped by the HVAC store and picked up the possible needed part and a replacement thermostat (although I had only asked him to come out to provide an estimate). He was being proactive because he knew the HVAC store closed early (at 1pm) in preparation for the holiday. He fixed the problem and provided very thorough and informative explanations of what he was doing and what was the cause of the problem. He also had to improvise to overcome an unexpected snafu. Without his expertise and wherewithal to devise an alternative method for completing the installation of my new Nest thermostat, I would have had to contact the company (Nest) for an alternative thermostat with a battery or a different sum of connection wires than the one I had on hand. It was one of the coldest days of the year and I would have been without heating for several days waiting for the stores to open on Monday (after the holiday). Theo’s pre-planning for the type of repair I needed and his skillset in HVAC repair kept me warm for the holidays. I am so appreciative. Theo, the owner is great as an HVAC pro. We asked him to come out for the tune-up going into the summer season. He checked, very thoroughly, both our units. One was good to go, but the other one needed 6lbs of freon. Theo explained everything and showed us everything that he checked. He even tried to work with our home warranty company to see if they would cover the cost of repair/replacement, but they would not. Theo gave us our options and we asked him for his honest recommendation. He said a new unit. Ours is nearly 20 years old and has been repaired several times recently. We went with a new unit and he was able to install it within two days of us talking. He made sure the installation was smooth and with minimal interruptions. His thoroughness have us feeling better about our decision and trust in his judgement and professionalism. Very good HVAC pro and a good guy to do business with during these times.

Not only was I able to get a free estimate, but he was able to come same day. He was very knowledgeable about the work I needed and was also VERY VERY affordable. If your looking for an affordable AC repair company, with professionalism, great communication skills, and awesome customer service. Give this company a shot, you won't be let down!!!

The gentleman who did the repairs was very professional and knowledgeable.

I was pleased with the service, explained everything thoroughly. And took the time to check other areas to make sure all was functioning properly.

Theodore I believe I spelled correctly. He was very pleasant, explained everything and made sure I was getting what I needed. Other companies I checked with was no where near as upfront and caring as Theodore was. I would definitely refer him. Awesome customer service.

Anointed Air technician contacted me within minutes of being one of three recommended companies from Home Advisor. The technician arrived on site within 30 minutes and explained all aspects of what needed to be done. I had already been informed by a previous technician from another company that my entire AC unit (inside and outside) would have to be replaced. I did not feel that the quoted price was fair, so I did some research and found that the price was a bit on the high end. Anointed Air was very respectful, did not over charged me (saved over a thousand dollars), showed me exactly what the charges were, answered all questions I had about what the process was, and even registered my AC for the warranty so that I would not have to. I have my warranty certificate in hand. The AC unit is working beautifully in the temperatures soaring past 100 degrees daily. I am truly appreciative of the service received.

I was given three contractors to choose from in my area. I contacted one immediately who read very professional over the phone. Although he was headed to another job, he did call back as he physicalit promised. A second contractor from the list actually called me andeas able to get to the house within 30 minutes. He was able to replace my air conditioner unit for a price that was over a thousand dollars cheaper than a company who originally came and gave me a higher quote a week earlier. Anointed Air in Killeen Texas was the company that came to my home quickly, was very professional, and fair with the price Thank you.
