"Last Friday, my house got the Clean Heating & Cooling Air Ducts & Vents. I couldn't located this category from the list. It was easy to set up an appointment. There was a cancellation so the company rep called me to clean my duct earlier than my appointment date. Two workers came to my house. Before they started the job, à  they inspected my vent for air and duct cleaning. Show me what the condition and problem is. The Workers were very friendly and showed me every step of what they are going to do. When a few of my vents are not cleanable so they bought a few vents from the Home Depot. And installed it for me. One special size wasn't available so I had to buy it from Amazon. If you decide to clean air and duct and inspect and buy a few vent before they come to clean. Do not buy every vents in your home but buy a few vents that look very filthy. Workers are working very hard. Since they are working without air conditioning, you need to turn off the air conditioning. Please prepare some cold water or some soda for them. Please be nice to them since they are working for your house.à Â"

"I can not say enough positive about Chris and Chuck and O 2 KOOL!! Chuck came out in early January to look at my old Trane gas furnace .. he got it going with no trouble. "Mr. Justin Craig from Bob Jayâ s Heating and Air Conditioning installed a 4-ton 16 seer Daikin Fit Heat Pump system at our home. Along with the new air conditioner, Justin corrected an air flow deficiency by installing an additional air return and ductwork. He also brought the system up to code and replaced the thermostat. Daikin provides a 12 -year parts, 12-year unit replacement, and 2-year labor warranty. On our 16 seer unit I had the option to purchase a labor contract through Daikin which would extend my labor warranty to 12-years. The 12-year parts and unit replacement warranty is uncommon and very refreshing in the air conditioning industry. It must be noted that for the system to be eligible for replacement under the warranty provided by the manufacturer, Daikin requires proof of regular yearly maintenance. The excellent work done by Justin has solved our air conditioning needs. Customer service and timely responses to requests for information are the trademark of Justinâ s work. I would recommend Bob Jayâ s and Justin Craig for any air conditioning work you need done. Thank you Justin!"

"The tech was very knowledgeable and skillful. He had to install the new blower fan into the existing fan housing, but he took the existing blower assembly (fan, motor, electrical, and housing) out to his truck in inclement weather to do the work. I offered up my garage, but he said that he would be fine out in his truck. From start to finish it could not have been more than 40 minutes. The blower unit runs and sounds like a brand-new install. Very quiet. Prior to the repair the blower sounded like a freight train passing through the house. Very happy and the cost was reasonable."
