Most importantly, there were no annoying sales pushes, which was a refreshing change and a big reason why I switched my former HVAC provider. Additionally, I must commend Josh, the owner of Native, for his act of kindness and honesty. He went above and beyond by pointing out a minor cosmetic defect in the unit that I hadn't noticed during inspection. He chose to do the right thing, which resulted in him replacing it with an intact unit from the distributor located out of town to ensure my satisfaction - all done the same day! Josh was very professional. He determined my air conditioner was still under manufacturer warranty and worked with them to have my part shipped. He did an excellent job repairing my unit as well as give me advice on the maintenance. Excellent service. Will definitely use in the future.
