"We can safely say that after many heavy rains recently, the drainage system is working like a charm. During the heavy rains we happened to be having our floors replaced so all of our belongings were in the garage. With the channel drain across the driveway, we had no water get in.
It did take a few weeks to get the initial proposal back after the consultation but as a result they ended up not charging us which was nice! 
The work took 5 days and everyone was very nice. Joe, who managed the project and wrote the proposal, even spent a few hours into Friday smoothing concrete and making the channel drain on our driveway look great. They replaced sod that was taken out during the project and took care of our yard in the places where the grass could be saved. Overall they did a great job and we're very happy that we don't have to worry about water seeping into our home anymore.

Despite the hard rock they had to trench through, they were very fast and efficient making the most out of the working conditions. They were in and out the same day. Workers are very neat and clean, making sure they left lawn as close to original ground as they could afterwards. Also, lawn service accidentally damaged one of the sprinkler heads recently, and even years after, they were prompt to come and resolve the issue. "Our builder's grade, 8 year-old fence finally blew down in a storm. The posts were rotted. Silver Leaf put up our new fence. They were awesome to deal with from start to finish. In four days, they took down our old fence and disposed of all the boards. Theydug 18" hole for the new metal posts (no small feat since we have a very rocky backyard). They were very polite and communicative, and talked to us before and each step of the way. When my husband asked for some minor changes, they listened and accommodated us.
