"It went fantastically!!!! Thomas and Tyler listened to my story of the history of my drain issues. They were very polite and professional and open minded to try a few approaches. Thomas, with persistence and expertise, was actually to push a clog through my drain. It was not certain that there was a clog other than the water backing up. My previous plumber was telling me that I had to have another access, tunneling, and egress. He performed the first one last May. Thomas and Taylor worked well together and were so supportive of what I had been through. Thomas even asked if I was on Angie's List and then gave me 10% off the bill which was only $224! I saved thousands of dollars as I almost agreed to have my yard dug up again. I can't say enough about this company and how they hold the bar high for honesty, ethics, professionalism and quality work. Juan did an excellent job and was very complete and thorough with the installation. Did a wonderful job insulating the pipes, reconfiguring the pipes and putting in a drain pipe for the pan. After completion, he explained about the water heater, temperature settings and the pilot and answered all my questions. Great work and service!! Highly recommended!!"

"The service went okay. The service did not go quite as I had expected. I had a bad gate and they replaced the hardware on that gate. I was happy with that. The fencing between my neighbor and I was starting to rot and a few slots needed replaced. I knew I did not want to purchase a whole new fence. They installed some supports on the fence and the supports looked kind of bad. The technicians left without speaking with me so I never got a chance to really ask any questions or express my concerns. They were pretty informal and not very personable."

"I hired this company to do adjustments to existing piers the previous owners had had installed, per the advisement of a structural engineer we hired to inspect our property. We also needed significant drainage help due to water backing up into our house and flooding our master bedroom when the heavier storms blew through. We had french drains and 7 catch basins installed to remedy the water issues, and they adjusted 4 piers and installed 3 new ones. They were not the cheapest estimate we received, but Chris sat with me and explained every detail of the scope of work, and made sure I understood everything it entailed. I would have hired them based on customer service alone, but I ultimately chose this company because they were the only company that even offered a warranty takeover on the existing piers they adjusted. The only reason I docked half a star was because on the second day, the crew was working until it was very dark outside, by flashlight, and it seemed they were just in a hurry to get home for the evening (frankly, I don't blame them!) As a result, the catch basins were covered up and another part was not sufficiently graded to allow for optimal drainage, so it pooled in one area. Once the company was notified of the issue, they sent a crew back out to remedy the issue and we haven't had an issue since!
