"Team Enoch did excellent work and service in replacing my water heater. Very quick in responding and provided same day service. Juan did an excellent job and was very complete and thorough with the installation. Did a wonderful job insulating the pipes, reconfiguring the pipes and putting in a drain pipe for the pan. After completion, he explained about the water heater, temperature settings and the pilot and answered all my questions. Great work and service!! Highly recommended!!"

I have rental properties and my primary residence and have used them now 5 times for roots in my pipes, broken lines that needed a camera, drain cleanouts, and soft water system installs. I will always use Texas Drain Specialists for my plumbing needs. I give them a strong endorsement and recommendation. Thank you - Jon"

"Joshua and the crew gave me a call 30mins before they arrived. They checked the whole sprinkler system and adjusted all the sprinkler heads. They replaced two leaking heads, installed one new head and changed the type of another head to cover one dry spot better. They also installed one box in the ground  to contain all the control lines coming out of the control box in my garage, which were exposed in the air.  They were very professional and got the job done quickly. I also mentioned that I noticed the sprinkler system was leaking. Joshua started looking into this issue right away. He located two zone valve boxes close to the leaking area very quickly and did several quick tests to eliminate the possibility of faulty valves. Due to the limited time allocated to my service appointment, we didn't have time to resolve this issue. Joshua explained to me the approach he would take to resolve this leaking issue. As an engineer myself, I found his divide and conquer method very logical and gave me confidence he could get the job done. I will call him back later to have this leaking issue resolved. Overall, very happy with Joshua and his crew.

Storm Drain Installation questions, answered by experts

You do not have to purchase a storm door if you have a fiberglass door. Fiberglass doors offer numerous advantages, including durability and the ability to stand up to harsh conditions such as low or high temperatures. Fiberglass doors also have excellent insulation properties, so you don’t have to add on a storm door if you’re looking for better temperature regulation inside your home.

The benefits of a storm door include providing extra protection against severe weather, improving your home's insulation, and helping to keep pests out. They also add an extra layer of security to your entry door and can enhance your home's curb appeal.

If you know the damage a hurricane can cause, you know how essential it is to protect your home. Getting ready for hurricane season can go beyond roofing reinforcement and extend to other external entry points where water and wind could damage your home. You may want to install hurricane window film to protect windows and glass doors or invest in storm windows. Storm windows cost an average of $12,000 and offer impact-resistant window surfaces with a better chance of fending off high winds.

Installation begins with removing existing doors if necessary, measuring, and accurately fitting the storm door frame and panel for a tight seal.

No, a storm door should not replace a regular door. It lacks the durability, insulation, and security of a proper exterior door. Most storm doors have lightweight frames and minimal locking hardware, and they aren’t meant to stand alone. While they work well as a backup to your main entry door, relying on one as your only barrier would likely lead to drafts, higher energy bills, and safety concerns.
