Mr. Rooters, Celso, did a great job clearing out a clogged kitchen drain. He was friendly and thorough. He even went above and beyond by changing out metal connectors that had been added to the PVC pipes by another plumber. The final invoice was less than I thought it was going to be. The drain is clear and I am happy.

I would not recommend this company and will never use them again. I had a gas leak at a rental property and could not get my usual Plummer. They did respond quickly but charged me 475.00 for 15 min and a 10 dollar part. Totally took advantage so much for their flat fee. I have reported them better business but will do no good, definitely do not use them.

The guy did what he needed to do, they end up charging me more instead of $750 as agreed, we had to go without water overnight and price double.I felt held hostage at that point. I see the invoice after I signed contract, the charge just for digging the hole was $900, and $350 for fixtures. which bothered me because hole was dig.

I debated whether or not to leave feedback, but want to ensure nobody else has to deal with what we did. We hired them to clear the bathtub drain and I was out of town (hair from the ladies). Was charged over $250 for a 10 min task. Couple that with an extremely uncomfortable conversation with my brother and I 100% recommend hiring a different company.
