Overall he did what he was supposed to. He needs to pay us back the over payment that we are owed. He has been providing numerous excuses on why he has not paid us back the money we owe. He is not returning phone calls, now he will not even answer the call. The job itself looks fine, however my experience has been negative as I have not received the money that is owed to me.
