"We bought 3 AC/Heating units for our four-thousand square foot home in November of 2022. The owner—David—provided us with (1) the best personal feeling of expertise among five companies that I contacted and had come out and look, and (2) he provide us with a great rate on all three units—it was not the cheapest bid, but also not the most expensive—it was right in the middle of five separate bids we were provided. I do my homework, I ask numerous in-depth questions, and had David walk through our home more than twice. He answered every question, provided an expert analysis. I highly recommend Efficient Home Solutions (EMS). We have now been in our home with the three new units for 17 months and we have had “no” issues with any unit. We have perfect AC/Heat in all three zones of our home. We have bi-annual visits from EHS to check the systems and change the filters. In addition, they look nice on the outside of the home, and you can tell they were installed by a professional.
