"CR Plumbling is the only plumber I will ever use or refer to someone in this area. For the past 3 years, we have been dealing with a shower leak in our guest bathroom. We have had 5 plumbers from two local companies, including two master plumbers, try to assess and resolve the issue to no avail. After many appointments, attempts, invoices, and damage to our home along the way, I had almost thrown in the towel. I gave it one last shot with CR Plumbing, and I'm so thankful I did. "My backyard is very large and with the heavy torrential rains increasing each year, my garage kept flooding. I tried many different approaches from many other companies over many years to include the French drain I installed. None of the fixes worked. This year in September, I heard about Andy’s Sprinkler, Drainage and Lighting helping someone in my neighborhood who said that after we had over 8 inches of rain, that the drainage system they had installed by Andy’s completely took care of the excessive water, and they did not have any potential flooding problems. Further, Jackson quickly and expertly replied to every single question and concern that I had about the project. "Mark with Tioga Plumbing and Electric came to our rescue last evening. Mark was polite, compassionate and very respectful of the mess with our kitchen drain clog. He assessed the problem and told us along with the price upfront what he would need to do to fix our drain. We gave him the go ahead and within an hour and a half he was done and totally cleaned up after his equipment. He thoroughly explained every step of the way to my husband. Mark restored our belief that there are good, respectable and Class A service people out there. We will definitely be using Tioga again and will be asking for Mark if he’s available because he reminds us of how service people behaved and completed their work back 30-40 years ago where customer service really meant if your business was successful or not. "Heath Jennings with JL Hunt was referred to me by a local landscape company. Initially I contacted Heath by phone to inquire about my possible need for root barriers for my trees as I believed they were causing some problems to my foundation. Heath was kind enough to visit with me on the phone for about 30mins and answer a wide variety of questions that I had as well as suggesting some points of contact related to root barriers such as an arborist to get their opinions. Upon finding out we lived close by each other Heath offered to come by and give me a second opinion on the foundation and look at things as I had already had another company come by. While visiting with Heath he walked my whole residence and gave me pointers on things to look for in the future. Heath provided with a lot of information related to how poor drainage can cause foundation problems. Heath provide me with knowledge on what to look for and some things that I could do so that I hopefully would not need their services as it relates to foundation work in the future. Heath is very knowledgable in his field and I learned that JL Hunt had a wide variety of services such as drain installation, foundation work, etc. In a field where your paycheck is based on commission it was refreshing to get an honest and fair opinion rather than being sold something I didn't need. I am glad I do not need Heath's services at this point in time, but if I do ever need work performed this is the company that I will be going to. Heath spent almost an hour with me answering all of my questions even though I am sure he was able to tell after the walk through of my residence that I did not need foundation work and he would not be making any money off me. Heath represents JL Hunt well and I wish there were more people like him."
