"My original quote with the first company was that it would cost me 575.00 to repair my faucet. Tioga charged 245.00 to repair the faucet. It was corroded pipes between sheet rock and the outside bricks. They had to fuse and replace piping and faucet still 245.00 I do not feel cheated."

"Lon and his crew were excellent! We have a basement in our home in the DFW airport area. Half of the basement is under ground and was flooding enough during storms that we had to run wet dry vacs and dehumidifiers for up to 48 hours whenever there was a big thunderstorm or extended periods of consistent rain. Lon did his work over a year ago and I hesitated to write a review until some major rain came around. But since he did his work, we have not had any water related to seepage in the foundation reappear. What a blessing! This was not an easy job for his team. When they got in to create the ditch, we found the previous homeowners tried their own fix with less expensive corrugated black pipe buried a little higher. This had collapsed and the massive number of rocks for drainage were quickly taking the water to our foundation rather than out to the street. Lon's team removed all of those rocks, dug a new trench, used a sledgehammer on some bedrock to ensure they were below the foundation with all of their drains and took a new 6" diameter solid line out almost 100 yards to the street. They also laid a second pipe on top of it to drain rainwater from our gutters. The result is incredibly impressive. When we get drenched, it's no big deal. Drains that used to be overwhelmed during severe thunderstorms were replaced with ones that quickly take the water out to the street. An engineering miracle. I highly recommend Lon and the team for their integrity, quick (and hard) work and getting it right. The guys really know what they are doing when it comes to drainage."

A few days later a leak developed in the drain connection which was unfortunate, but he promptly came back as scheduled and on time, fixed it, and now everything seems to be fine. "We had G.L. Hunt come out to assess our pier and beam foundation after noticing a crack in the garage. They were the second company to come out and the second company to say that the foundation had not failed. There was however a lack of drainage around the foundation. It is an older home (1950's) and did not have any drainage around the foundation and no gutters. The house sits on a street that slopes. We scheduled G.L. Hunt to install drainage to help move water away from the foundation and have gutters installed. The work crew arrived at the scheduled date and time and worked diligently over 2 days to install a french drainage system. Gutters were installed the following week and connected to the system. The workers were neat and used the soil displaced by the drains to level an area in the backyard."
