Awesome. I had a general treatment done on a new home. The technician was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. He also gave us some tips on what to watch for and possible treatments if we notice other pests. He didn't try to push any extra services, but he gave options if we wanted to have something else done. I will definitely set up recurring service.

Great experience using Alpha and Omega. No more insects!

Alpha and Omega took our money to rid our house of bees. They had to come back several times and never got rid of the bees. When asked to come back because the bees were back, we were told that "they had done all that they were supposed to do. The warranty had expired." They were paid to get rid of bees and did not. They failed to do what they were hired to do.

Suzanne was professional and very friendly. She loved on my cats and we chatted. She sprayed the house and outside. She was very knowledgeable about what I needed now and what services they could offer me in the future. I have a 2,000 sq ft home and the cost was $49.50. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

We've been using Alpha and Omega for many years and have been completely satisfied with their services. We have recommended them to friends and neighbors who are also very happy with the level of service. The technicians are friendly, prompt and knowledgeable.

Applied 90 day treatment, no issues. Did 90 day follow on treatment in December which seems useless. Good company if treatments applied on as-needed basis, not per 90 day schedule.

Very pleased. Jerry, who handled our service last time, came out again. Extremely polite and conscientious. Sprayed interior of house and detached garage and set up two rodent traps. I had to go to work so asked him to lock up. No problems. Plan to stick with them. Very pleased.

The first provider did an excellent job. The following month, the 2nd provider sprayed the windows rather than around the window edge. It does not appear as if the company provides the service providers with mask or gloves!

Have used them for years. They are decently priced and their guys take wonderful care of you. The office is very nice and I'll never trade!

Great guaranteed service.. Cured my problem with termites.They will comeback each year for a small fee and treat for any return of termites.Your home is one of your largest investments and you want to take care of it.

They were great to deal with, the calls were answered and a date was set for inspection. Once inspected a detailed quote was done and a date was set for the work. The price was competitive to the other quotes i had received and they even offered a discount that helped with the final price. They also offered a 3yr warranty to try and match another quote that had a little longer warranty. The Tech that did the quote and the work was very through and completed the job as he said he would in the time frame that was quoted. We have not seen any evidence of termites since the visit and hope this is the case come next spring/summer.

We have used Alpha and Omega pest control services for almost two years. They perform routine pest control on the interior and exterior of the house every 3 months. We also have them perform additional services such as treating the attic or an extended perimeter spray. The representatives are always prompt. We have had four different representatives and have been very happy with the service of three of them. We were unhappy with the service of one of the representatives. When he came out he kept insisting that we have an additional treatment done even after we had declined. We felt uncomfortable with him. As stated earlier, we are very happy with the service provided by each of the other representatives we have had visit our house and would recommend alpha and omega pest control. We will continue to use this company in the future, just not with that individual.

I so appreciated the technician's honesty, and we will be calling them for the total prevention treatment soon.

I have been using Alpha & Omega Pest Control's services for over 10 years, this review is not based on a one-time service call but rather over the course of time on many, many visits. The owner Tim Davis has even performed the services described above himself. I have never felt pressured to take on any other services that they may provide. They have never asked me to sign any kind of contract or commitment for services on a scheduled basis. I use their services when I need to. The employees at Alpha & Omega are very courteous and prompt. Upon request they will call you the day before your scheduled appointment.

They are wonderful. They are always on time and reliable.

We found the company on angie's list. They were able to give us a price over the phone and schedule us within a couple of days of our phone call. The technician was on time. He confirmed the price given over the phone for the interior/exterior of the home and gave us an on-site estimate for a seperate large building we have in the backyard. He listened to our concerns about the safety for our pet and assured us that there would not be a problem treating the house interior. The technician made several reccomendations that would help decrease the amount of insect activity we were having. The technician suggested a treatment schedule to maintain effectiveness and is cost considerate. We plan on having the company treat the inside every three months and the outside every 6 months. The inside only treatment was quoted at $45 which will save a considerable amount. We have seen a dramatic decrease in the insects that are in the home and will continue to use the service on a regular basis.
