Awesome. I had a general treatment done on a new home. The technician was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. He also gave us some tips on what to watch for and possible treatments if we notice other pests. He didn't try to push any extra services, but he gave options if we wanted to have something else done. I will definitely set up recurring service.

They service every three months.

Alpha and Omega took our money to rid our house of bees. They had to come back several times and never got rid of the bees. When asked to come back because the bees were back, we were told that "they had done all that they were supposed to do. The warranty had expired." They were paid to get rid of bees and did not. They failed to do what they were hired to do.

Suzanne was professional and very friendly. She loved on my cats and we chatted. She sprayed the house and outside. She was very knowledgeable about what I needed now and what services they could offer me in the future. I have a 2,000 sq ft home and the cost was $49.50. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

We've been using Alpha and Omega for many years and have been completely satisfied with their services. We have recommended them to friends and neighbors who are also very happy with the level of service. The technicians are friendly, prompt and knowledgeable.

Applied 90 day treatment, no issues. Did 90 day follow on treatment in December which seems useless. Good company if treatments applied on as-needed basis, not per 90 day schedule.

Very pleased. Jerry, who handled our service last time, came out again. Extremely polite and conscientious. Sprayed interior of house and detached garage and set up two rodent traps. I had to go to work so asked him to lock up.  No problems.  Plan to stick with them. Very pleased.

The first provider did an excellent job.  The following month, the 2nd provider sprayed the windows rather than around the window edge.  It does not appear as if the company provides the service providers with mask or gloves!

Have used them for years. They are decently priced and their guys take wonderful care of you. The office is very nice and I'll never trade!

Your checklist says it all. If you want more it will cost to do.

Great guaranteed service.. Cured my problem with termites.They will comeback each year for a small fee and treat for any return of termites.Your home is one of your largest investments and you want to take care of it.

They were great to deal with, the calls were answered and a date was set for inspection. Once inspected a detailed quote was done and a date was set for the work. The price was competitive to the other quotes i had received and they even offered a discount that helped with the final price. They also offered a 3yr warranty to try and match another quote that had a little longer warranty.
The Tech that did the quote and the work was very through and completed the job as he said he would in the time frame that was quoted.
We have not seen any evidence of termites since the visit and hope this is the case come next spring/summer.
