"I've had EV charger installed 2 other times prior to using Santiban Services Group (different locations), but never once experienced this level of customer service that Gabe provided. Although, it was my most expensive installation (which I can't blame them due to the odd place my builder placed the breaker box), but the price was quoted fairly and justified. Gabe went above and beyond such as stopping by my house, taking photos, drawing where he was going to do the wiring, and walking me through his findings. On top of that, he even did a load calculation which advised me to install a load management system so my breaker box wouldn't overload. This alone said he's a very thorough and dedicated person. I appreciate that so much because no other electricians were doing that and kept telling me that "it will be fine". Being a first time homeowner, I would like to protect my house to the best of my ability, so saying "it will be fine" doesn’t really give me a peace of mind. So thank you Gabe!!!! For helping me to ensure my breaker box would be fine with the new addition. I hope to continue to use your service in the future 🙏🏻 😊 also, thank you for going the extra mile to vacuum the work area after you guys were done, it was a very nice gesture 🤗"

What a relief to hire someone who takes pride in their work. I can actually move through my attic without tripping over wires! They are fast but mindful of the task and you could easily leave them alone to go to work and not have to wonder! His work speaks for the pride he has for what he does and for his integrity. No cutting corners with Cody. He fixed what others before him had done incorrectly. He communicated with me through the whole process especially when he found discrepancies! Being informed was great. His cost for of the job was very reasonable . I feel like my electrical in this house is solid and safe because of the work that they performed. Cody knows his stuff.
