Cody and his team were fantastic. From the drawing board to install they were patient, walked us through the entire process, and communication was top notch with explanations and answers when we needed them. They went the extra mile on this job. Good professional contractors in any trade are few and hard to find these days but these guys exceeded our expectations. I 100% recommend Kaiser Electrical and will continue to use them for any and all future electrical needs. There is no electricity on this site and they even worked with the electrical provider to get it right so I didn’t have to.

This is a wonderful family-owned company run by a caring and dedicated family. Their services are excellent, and Kaiser truly knows his craft. He is licensed, highly skilled, and has even helped my father with electrical work—always doing an outstanding job.

Cody promptly gave us an estimate for the job we had for him. We agreed on the price and scheduled the appointment. He showed up on time and completed the job as described and cleaned up everything. I hired Cody off another referral and Iam glad I did. He came through with good solid work. He updated the wiring in my 1970s home. He’s very proud and compassionate about his work. I thought his prices were reasonable for the work. He stayed on my job until it was finished and didn’t leave for another.

Outstanding service by Cody!! We needed an electrical panel upgrade to install a tankless hot water heater, which also needed wiring upgrades. He also put in a whole-home surge protector. I will be contacting him again when we’re ready to install a generator. I highly recommend Kaiser.

Worst call I made to use these guys. The first review from Marshall is there Manager who wrote the review. We had substandard work done,the job left incomplete, and unsafe. We had to hire another crew to properly come in and correct all the mistakes Cody made. he ran all the romex wire under the house without using conduit to get power to the garage. These wires are exposed tonelements, rain, and pests. I wouldn?t ever call these guys again or recommend them. As you can see they just started up 2/2025. Hire someone with more expense really vet your electrician. Cody was a good talker but that?s all he was good at. He was late to the job, left the job to go do another job and held up another crew on the job. This all happened around the end of July and it?s now September and they refused to do anything about it or address the situation. And this is all after we paid more then $1500.00 more than 2/3 of the bill and they split and said he felt uncomfortable working any further.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the work that Cody and Nolan did for me. They updated my wiring and my panel box. Everything was so professionally done ! What a relief to hire someone who takes pride in their work. I can actually move through my attic without tripping over wires! They are fast but mindful of the task and you could easily leave them alone to go to work and not have to wonder! His work speaks for the pride he has for what he does and for his integrity. No cutting corners with Cody. He fixed what others before him had done incorrectly. He communicated with me through the whole process especially when he found discrepancies! Being informed was great. His cost for of the job was very reasonable . I feel like my electrical in this house is solid and safe because of the work that they performed. Cody knows his stuff. Hire a LICENSED professional for your safety and peace of mind. It was money well spent for the results I got from Cody.👍👏
