They just finished our install today, just in time for Harvey, if he comes this way. They handled everything; slab, generator placement, electrical, plumbing a new gas meter, all inspections, and an extensive full-load test. Our generator developed a battery drain problem after the first night of continuous use, and despite the conditions associated with Hurricane Harvey, they showed up. Our Kohler got us through two more days/nights, and our power came back on last night, and it's now in standby mode."
