"The plumbing technician, Tyler Herriage, was able to arrive very quickly, inspect the damaged tile, bathroom faucets and pipes, water heater, and water meter, and determine that the water damage was not due to a leak this time. He was knowledgeable explaining the types and signs of leaks and I appreciated his honesty advising that there was not evidence a costly pressure test or camera run was needed."

"The blockage was successful unstopped, but the oil and grease was left all over my driveway and my flowerbeds were a mess. It was way too expensive for a mess to be made of this magnitude. It was nearly 400.00 dollars for less than 30 minutes work. I was left to clean up the mess. This just wasn’t right."

"I have used Alex on several occasions, but most recently I had two tub surrounds retiled and they look great! Alex tore out the old tile, replaced some sheet rock as needed, replaced the old plumbing for the faucet and shower, and retiled. He provided all materials except the faucets. Basement toilets often sit below the home’s main sewage system, and installing a sewage ejector pump pushes the wastewater and sewage up to the main sewer line. Your toilet handle might not come back up if the nut is loose or the bolt threads are stripped. Try to tighten the mounting nut and wrap plumber’s tape around the handle bolt to fix stripped threads. It’s possible the handle was improperly installed. If that’s the case, you can use the instructions above to correct the handle’s position. 

While you don’t have to run out and immediately buy a new toilet at the first sign of a clog, if the toilet keeps clogging because it’s a low-flow or poorly designed model, a new toilet may be the way to go.
