Jason and crew always do a good job. The one B I give them is because they must be in demand; it can take several work days for them to come to my home. But that's not been a problem. They're worth the wait!

Their service was good.  They were clean and worked quickly.

I was taking care of a terminal aunt in my home and had family/friends in and out. I called several places to come repair the toilet and J's was the first place that would take care of the problem the same day. They came right out and had the problem corrected in no time. They were professional.

Have a home warranty because I just bought this house. The original service call did not get picked up for three days so I called left a message, next morning they called and came out the next day. They had to order the new disposal and the company was out of stock on the replacement. Jason called the warranty company and go a larger model approved to go in. My deductible is $75 so I don't know how much the full replacement cost but for everything else did a great job.

Only issue I had with crew is I had to go to a box store and buy all the parts and use my truck to bring home the hot water heater and had to haul and dispose of old hot water heater.

I had a great experience with them. They were excellent.

The two drains had been getting steadily worse for days. I had tried commercial drain cleaner products with no luck at all. We finally decided to call a plumber to get rid of the problem. We called J's and they came out the same day even though it was not an emergency. Within 30 minutes they had both drains cleared. They were very professional and I would recommend them.

My husband and I are first time home owners. We purchased our house in November of 2010 and we've had tons of plumbing problems. We didn't know when we bought the house that apparently everyone on the block has plumbing issues. One of my neighbors, who's also a co-worker of mine, had just recently paid $3,500 to have his plumbing fixed. When he told me how much he paid, I was mortified that we'd have to spend that kind of money to have our pipes fixed. The sink in our front bathroom leaked and we'd tried everything. We'd had friends and family try and help us fix the problem. We'd snaked the pipes multiple times trying to figure out what was wrong and had no luck. We thought we were doomed and going to be forced to shell out a ton of money to get the problem fixed. I'm the purchasing agent at my company and J's Plumbing is who we use and so I thought I would try them first even though I was initially apprehensive that they might be expensive for a house call. They not only were very reasonable in price, but they arrived quickly, were friendly, and did a great job. It turned out to be a just a clog, but it was a very difficult one to remove. I felt so bad because it took the plumber about half and hour w/ an electric snake to finally get the pipe unstopped. We knew that our sink really needed to be replaced, too, but were worried about the cost. They replaced both the sink and the faucet and made sure to clean up any mess and charged us very little for all that they did. It was a great overall experience and I would definitely recommend them in the future.
