The icemaker fix - quickly identified the problem and it's now working fine. The only reason I marked punctuality down is that there was miscommunication between the service guy and the office, to us, about when he would be back to complete the dishwasher repair. But not a major issue.

They had a new system replaced and installed in 1/2 a day, no mess left, no incidents during or after the repair or in the last year. They even made a make shift door to replace the wall they took out. The air works "SO GOOD" I have to turn the air up because it gets so cold. Or is it down?
