The icemaker fix - quickly identified the problem and it's now working fine. The only reason I marked punctuality down is that there was miscommunication between the service guy and the office, to us, about when he would be back to complete the dishwasher repair. But not a major issue.
We've used these guys before to install a gas cooktop and they are smart, experienced folks who know what they're doing.

"My car was overheating and leaking coolant.  I took my car to Tilden on a Tuesday evening and dropped it off with them after hours by dropping my keys in their night deposit box with an explanation of the problems I was having with the car.   I thought that was really convenient that they have a night drop box with envelopes where the customer can write the description of the problem on the outside of the envelope and then place their keys in the envelope and place it in the night drop box.  Around 8:45AM the next morning, I received a call from one of their friendly mechanics who explained the suggested fixes for the car and the reasons for my overheating and coolant leak.  He told me that the radiator was full of rust deposits and the cap on my coolant overflow container was broken and the thermostat was not working properly.   He suggested to replace the radiator, thermostat and cap on coolant overflow container.  By replacing the radiator, he informed me that the A/C system would also have to be drained and then recharged because it was all inter-connected to the radiator system.   He gave me an estimate over the phone and told me that if I wanted to proceed, he could have the car complete within 3-4 hours.   I asked him to proceed with the suggested repairs.  I then received a call from Tilden later that day (Wed.) around 1PM informing me that my car was repaired and ready to be picked up!   Wow!   The total price I paid was within $5 of the estimate I received over the phone!   That is great!!  These people are friendly, thorough and fast!   I have been driving my repaired car for about 2 weeks now with no problems whatsoever.  Tilden did a great job at a reasonable price.  Customer service is prompt and friendly.   I would recommend them to anyone.   Satisfied customer here."

"What a great group of professional people. Starting with Lindel, who came out listened to my concerns and desires for a new system; he then made logical recommendations and gave clear explanations. The day of installation Roland, Mathew, Justin, Brendon and Pedro were here to do what it took to install the new system. They were professional, personable and made sure the work was well installed. When they left, everything was clean and as if they had not been in the house. Except for the great new AC system and the promised quiet comfort. I will recommend these guys any day. "They took pictures of the burned coils etc., and the next morning they were here exactly when they said they would be. They had a new system replaced and installed in 1/2 a day, no mess left, no incidents during or after the repair or in the last year. They even made a make shift door to replace the wall they took out. The air works "SO GOOD" I have to turn the air up because it gets so cold. Or is it down? Regardless, they did an Excellent AAA***** job. Thanks guys. Well worth the money spent."
