On the day of service Todd was on time and professional. We unexpectedly had a family emergency minutes before he arrived. He patiently waited until it was resolved to begin working on our electrical issues. He thoroughly checked out each issue and resolved them. He was even considerate to give me a ride to the hospital to meet my family after completing the electrical repairs as our second car was in the shop at the time. If you have electrical needs Malco electrical will take good care of you."

Said he needed a part and he had to go to Bulverde, Tx for the Home Depot (about 45 minutes away) because getting the part from the hardware store in town might be a liability. He never came back. He called a few hours later and said he had to go to San Antonio, Tx for the part. The company then tried to bill me over $600. When I protested they dropped the bill to just under $400. I have called and left messages but they will not call me back but I am getting multiple emails and text messages asking me to pay them."
