Their technician was the consummate professional. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable, he took the time to answer all of our questions in person, then always followed-up with reporting and work orders as promised. After the initial assessment and with the passage of time, it was clear that additional work needed to be done on the well, which Texan Water executed in a timely and reliable manner, in concert with other trades working on site. We were impressed with the professionalism of their entire staff, as well as how quickly they were able to fit us into their schedule each time we needed them. Work was partially done to be finished but the owner after being asked to explain the work that will follow aggressively pooled out the previously fixed item claiming it was his and not yet paid for! I was standing there ready to settle which was not an issue to begin with! Be aware of this very unprofessional service!"

"Initially we thought we had found a good company to service our well issue. They came out immediately to look at issue and gave us a solution we thought to our problem. Within a month, our well again was flooding well house and should have been covered under their warranty. We called multiple times and finally connected to be serviced. That day came any went without anyone showing up or calling to reschedule. Follow up calls got us nowhere until I left a message that if I didn?t get a callback, I would place an honest review on the bad service and unprofessional message from them. The well guy called back with excuse everyone at company had flu and to go ahead and leave a negative review. So here it is. They are quick to get out and make a buck but not follow up on any issues thereafter under warranty. If the well guy would kindly correct this situation, I would in turn follow up with a positive review of them correcting a situation for a customer. "

"In the middle of August (106 deg.) when everyone was having busted water pipes… Texan Water came out and did a SUPERB job of getting the gushing water flow stopped. This was supposed to have been fixed by SAWS but after a couple of months of waiting for SAWS, I called Texan Water. They scheduled me in and within a week, sent out Noah who found a way to plug up an old fire hydrant. I highly recommend the professional services of Texan Water to anyone needing professional plumbing done."
