Would never recommend or use this company again. Do not use. Ordered one color to match and they installed a different color and will not fix. Told me to paint it. Horrible customer relations. Also installers left broken glass inside and out.

We recently had 9 of our windows replaced by Window World of Waco. Our design consultant, Dustin, worked closely with us to ensure the new windows were just what we wanted. The windows actually came in earlier than the original expected date and they were able to install almost two weeks earlier. The installation crew were extremely professional and did an outstanding job. Luan and his crew left no detail undone. They made sure each window was installed perfectly. The windows look great. We are having Window World do two more windows and I have asked for the same crew to do the installation. I will recommend Window World of Waco to anyone looking for new windows.

The install took over twice as long as estimates. We had one window that leaked shortly after. They have sent a repairman to fix it on 2 separate occasions and paid for labor to replace a large blind. It has since leaked and ruined another blind. They told me they have no one to fix it. I have hired a professional to fix the leak that was not difficult to fix when done right. Window World refused to cover the blind that was no longer under warranty. We paid over $14,000.00 for these windows and they won’t cover a $382 blind that they are definitely responsible for.

My office worked with our factory on the problems we were having with your order. Many times the factory will have errors that we are not aware of until product reaches our warehouse. Also, the production factory shuts down during the holidays and pushes our shipments back a couple of weeks. Again I do apologize for your dissatisfaction with us. Their estimate was comparable or better than others.  The estimator measured all windows and showed us window in different price ranges explained pro and cons of each.  He had no objections when I said I intended to shop around a little more.  When I chose to use Window World I was told there would be approximately a 4-6 week wait to get the windows in.  They called in about three weeks and said the window had arrived and we set up installation a few days later. 
When the installer arrived they were very professional covered the window areas both inside and out.  Removed then replaced one window at a time.  After they were done showed how to operate and clean them and advised us not to remove the information stickers on the windows until inspected by the city.
We were very happy with the services provided by Window World.

Window World was my third estimate and I was more educated in the whole window replacement process when I sat down to talk to them.   Their prices were almost half the price of the competition for a better/comparable model.  Every step was done professionally - nothing negative to report and it was a major project.  Having had a couple months worth of energy bills now with the new windows are proof that the investment was worth every dime.  I am so thankful for Angie's List and the other reviews about Window World.   Do due diligence with regards to the best window for the best price and I don't think anyone can beat Window World.  And in Waco, Texas, the crew know exactly what they are doing and work very well and hard.

Everything was wonderful except for the quote.  The guy who was going to come give the quote wanted to come at a different time than the appointment - no one was home so he left the quote in the door.  We originally wanted to have the patio door replaced also.  The quote was not clear and we went in to pay what we thought was the total price for windows and back door, to find out the door was a separate amount.  That part was very disappointing, but outside of that we love our new windows.  Just wish I had a back door to go with them! :)

It was much easier than I thought it would be! They did it all in a couple of days... They were fast and neat. I love the windows and how you can clean them from the inside... But parts of the window are made of plastic... I don't think they will break or anything, and they are definitely safe, but I would have paid more to have all metal parts... Just because. But I would call them in a heart beat if I needed windows again!

Chris was great, full of information. 6 week wait. Customer service could have been better. We had to call and schedule an installment date. They didn't show because the office personnel put us on the wrong calendar. Second attempt worked. Installers were great, but again we had to call 3 times before they got stone masons out here to seal the outside.

One window was damaged in transit and had to be reordered. Another window frame was damaged from factory and had to be reordered. Good quality of window but installation team seemed to rushed to complete job.

Rick and Brian replaced 14 windows. In addition, they removed and replaced 2 window air conditioners. They did the replacement in one day. Rick returned the next day to finish the exterior trim. My wife and I were impressed with all aspects of the job including the friendly professionalism demonstrated. The job went so well that I'm considering them to replace my front entry door.

Chris, the Salesman was great. Provided information regarding different types of windows and options within each window type that affected pricing. Offered a range of widow series with each level at an established base price per window. Chris made suggestions that helped save on certain window types. Very pleasant to work with. Rick, our installer together with Brian, his helper, did an exceptional job. Overall job took 6 days. Replaced 30 windows including 2 in the barn apt. A window was mismeasured and placed on back order. Did not have to pay for the last half of the contract until the last window was installed. We love our new windows.

Fast,good cleanup, and perfect job.I have a stone house so it was difficult. Can't say enough good about this whole experience. Price, quality and professionalism truly outstanding. Highly recommend.
