Since 2010 Tried and Trusted CurbAppeal was started in 2010 in Dallas, TX to assist emergency personnel in finding single family homes in cases of emergency. Currently we are working with local residents as well as HOA's to overcome the large epidemic of poorly identified homes in the US. This is a growing problem confirmed by 1st responders that needs to be addressed, no pun intended. When seconds matter, identifying your home quickly and easily can be the difference between life and death. "[Member Name Removed], you are slightly mistaken with your review and that needs to be addressed so as to not mislead the readers of this review. Some people do not know the damage their words and actions can do to a company's reputation. We have not been building this for over a decade just to let someone with hidden motives try to throw off peoples perception of a good thing. To recap, we did not use car headlights to provide lighting, they just happened to be on since it was after dark. We use high quality Energizer LED headlamps of 80 Lumens which provides ample lighting conditions for that type of work. After completing the job we use a heavy duty propane torch to dry and seal the painting when wet conditions are expected in the next 24-48 hours. We assure you and anyone reading this they was no running of paint and too bad that you were not able to provide a photo of your complaint so that people could be their own judge. Sometimes, there can be a little overspray that makes the lines on the American Flag appear to run together and that is something we would have been willing to fix free of charge even before we left. As a company policy, we don't even accept payment until the job is complete so we are led to ask the question about why your concerns were not brought up before handing over your money and making the painter fix it right then and there. On the order form that was filled out by you (which we still have) has a clear picture of what the American Flag that we offer looks like so there are no surprises. Logos are always free, it's just a courtesy we offer for you buying the numbers because that is what is truly saving your life in the time of an emergency, not your starless flag. Being handled in this fashion makes it more complicated and more public than it really needed to be. We are dispatching another painter to come and change the free logo to a Texas flag and why spend additional money when you paid for the 5 year warranty? We stand behind our work and are always open to HONEST feedback"

This is a service that we have been offering Texas wide for about 10 years now and we have been able to completely streamline the process... As easy as it might have looked, there have been years of research and development that has gone into implementing the best quality and production capacity. We only use the highest quality paint materials produced by a 200 year old manufacturer who has trained us how to use their products correctly and efficiently. We can't please everyone and we offered your custom logos for free. Despite the fact that you only purchased the 5 year warranty we actually added the 10 year sealer as a free upgrade for veterans. Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to properly identify your home because regardless of all that has been said, in the case of an emergency you will be found in a timely manner... especially at night when the numbers can be hard to see."
