"They are always on time, knowledgeable, and do a thorough job. Once, when the motherboard of one of our tankless water heaters died, their technician spent an hour on the phone with the manufacturer figuring out what was wrong in the way both units were set up. They saved the second motherboard before it failed by setting both up properly! Now I use Excalibur to service our two houses that we rent out. They recently installed a garbage disposal in one."

"We live in Georgetown. Last year this company came out because we were having issues with our spetic. They stated we needed all new larger pipes. We paid them over $10,000 to redo our septic with a life time warranty. Not even 5 month later we started have pir alarm go off and more problems. The company came out and said we need a new pump. We paid over $2500. Since then, our septic has been leaking, smelling and not repaired, in addition thrg broke our drive way and left our mound completely a mess. We have attempted for 2 months to contact this company and they are avoiding us. When I spoke to the owner, he laughed and mocked me. We then called the company we are finance from to attempt a resolution. They phoned Chase and we got a call immediately stating they would be out. They never came. We have little girls, our play set js right by this mound and it stinks a d is leaking. They have never fixed it from the start. We cannot afford now for another company to come and do the job they were paid to do. It is completely a shame that they have ripped us off and refuse to contact us. We are going to obtain a lawyer in hopes to get the company to fix their mess."

"Trevor was awesome, he was on time and extremely helpful in his explanation of what he was doing. He went above and beyond by digging up the other septic lid since it did not have a riser on it. Then he covered it back up. I would highly recommend him and anytime septic. I trust Trevor completely . If you are having any kind of septic issues do not wait call Trevor immediately you wont be sorry at all.. Mickie"

"Rude and agressive behavior for absolutely no reason towards female customer ! Work was partially done to be finished but the owner after being asked to explain the work that will follow aggressively pooled out the previously fixed item claiming it was his and not yet paid for! I was standing there ready to settle which was not an issue to begin with! Be aware of this very unprofessional service!"

"Our landscape architecture and construction studio, Twistleaf, contacted Texan Water in spring 2023 to assess the condition of an existing well at a clients property in Fredericksburg, in preparation for a large-scale landscape renovation project. Their technician was the consummate professional. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable, he took the time to answer all of our questions in person, then always followed-up with reporting and work orders as promised. After the initial assessment and with the passage of time, it was clear that additional work needed to be done on the well, which Texan Water executed in a timely and reliable manner, in concert with other trades working on site. We were impressed with the professionalism of their entire staff, as well as how quickly they were able to fit us into their schedule each time we needed them. Texan Water really earned our trust and continues to maintain the well. We will definitely work with them in the future for water well drilling or repair."
