"Stephen did an amazing job. I dont even know how he got the water heater through that little hole in the attic but it looks great up there. You can tell he really cares about the work he does and does everything top notch. Spectacular work."

"Mark is a great guy that is very knowledgeable about what he does. I could not have been more pleased with my experience using Aerus Air and Water Quality. He was very professional and left my wife and I feeling very confident that our environment is now going to be safe/ healthy for us and our little one. I would recommend Mike/ Aerus Air and Water Quality to anyone who thinks they may have poor air quality in their home. Though we will be moving homes in the near future we will definitely be taking the BEYOND air purification system with us wherever we go."

"This was the sixth plumber I had called and he came out on a Saturday and in the dark and install my well pump. excellent plumber will use again. The price was a little steep, but I can't argue about that. Had more adjusting to do to install new pump, works like a charm. Thank You, Nate"

"Snow in Dallas delayed crew a day getting here.  Once here they worked hard in the cold wet weather through Saturday to finish.  Crew easy to work with, cleaned up the property and replanted the everything in the flower beds they dug up. They washed the mud off the back patio and the driveway, poured concreted back in the holes of the slab where they busted through on the patio and the house.
2 things I'm unhappy about:
1)  I did find once they left 4 sprinkler heads I had to repair they busted during the process and our contract states "Contractor will repair any damage to water lines directly caused by Contractor."  I found a couple of sprinkler head shoved back down in the ground to look like they were connected but were about 1/2 foot from where the water started shooting up when I turned the system back on.
2)  My last payment was made on March 9, 2015 and I still have not received my "Warranty."   I called the office on April 7, 2015 explained last payment was on March 9, 2015 it's been a month and I've not received the warranty paperwork?  Oh, we are behind and will get it in the mail.  (Standard line you get)  So I wait.  April 20, 2015 I call because I still have not received my warranty work and I talk to Shawna.  I explain to Shawn that I my last payment was made March 9, 2015 and I've not received my warranty.  I called April 7, 2015 and was told it would be mail and I've not received it.  Shawna said, "We are behind on our warranty work, yours is in the system it just needs to be printed and I will do that and put it in the mail TODAY."  It's April 27, 2015 as I'm writing this up, the Administrative Office had 5 business days last week to get it to me?  WHERE'S MY WARRANTY WORK..YOU GOT MY MONEY !!!!

"I love my Culligan Twin Water Softener and AC-30 Reverse Osmosis. We have the best water available, soft water for laundry and bathing and great tasting Reverse Osmosis for drinking and cooking. The people at Culligan are wonderful. I would recommend this company to everyone. Quality products, fair price, and friendly service. I give Culligan an A+"

Water Softeners questions, answered by experts

It’s unlikely that hard water on its own could cause substantial hair loss or damage, though it’s true that bathing in hard water can cause your scalp to feel itchy or flaky and might dull your hair’s natural shine. Using high-quality shampoo and conditioner or buying a whole-home water softener can decrease these issues.

Water softeners have many benefits. The most important one is converting previously hard water—water with too many minerals—to more usable, easier water. When we say easier water, we mean water that’s easier to digest, less harsh on skin and clothes, and builds up less in the water system. Softer water may lead to lower energy costs and will extend the lifespan of all appliances that use water.

No. You should never directly drain a water softener into a sewer cleanout. This practice is illegal in many areas because it could allow raw sewage to get into your drinking water and make you seriously ill. Many places have codes requiring a specific seal, pipe, and a large air gap between a water softener and a sewage cleanout. Check out Florida's Plumbing Building Code as an example of what these restrictions might look like.

Experts recommend that you put two to four bags of potassium chloride in your water softener every month. This amount depends on how much is in the bag (40 pounds is most common) and what your water softener manufacturer recommends. For more specific advice, talk to a water softener pro in your area and read the manual that came with your system.

Most of the U.S. has hard water, especially across portions of the West and Midwest. The areas with the hardest water include parts of Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, Illinois, North and South Dakota, Ohio, and New York. You’ll find soft water in parts of New England, the Southeast, the Pacific Northwest, and Hawaii.
