"Repairing sprinkler system can be costly. Make sure to have a cost estimate upfront with an agreement not to exceed a certain amount. You are the only one who knows what your budget will allow. Be sure to ask for all discounts that you qualify for( senior and military etcâ ¦) and make sure they are licensed and bonded. A simple repair is okay but if you are spending $ 2,000.00 (+) you will definitely want references as well. Overall my experience was good but as the contractor that I used said some should stick to mowing lawns. He fixed mistakes that were made 4 years ago by a different contractor"

Watering the lawn after aeration is crucial for getting the most benefits out of it. Not watering the lawn enough will cause the efforts of aeration to be in vain. Most of the tossed grass seeds sit on top of the soil or existing grass blades and never germinate. The seeds need to make it into the soil, just like growing a potted plant. The best way to accomplish this is to aerate your lawn first, then overseed.

Hydroseeding over an existing lawn is possible, but certain adjustments are necessary since the process is for bare soil. Hydroseed mix is ​​usually very thick, which helps protect the seeds during germination. If you have existing grass on your site and still want to hydroseed, it's better to use a finer mulch mixture when spraying. A finer mulch mix means the seeds can root into existing soil without suffocating the existing grass.
