"(Member name removed), I am very sorry to hear you were unhappy with our services. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We would love to speak to you over the phone to see if this matter could be resolved. However, I do have a signed work authorization on file giving permission for services and accepting financial responsibility, regardless of your insurance coverage and/or policy. Our technicians met with your adjuster and worked with him every step of the way. We also made sure you were present every day we went to monitor your job. 100% of our services were covered by your insurance company. However, many people have a deductible they must meet when a catastrophic event occurs. This is standard, and has nothing to do with our services or company. To address your dissatisfaction with a quote you recieved, we also state that restoration costs may change due to the severity and time involved with the process to complete the job. This explanation is also included in the work authorization you signed. Some water damage may take one day to dry, while others take 4 or 5. That is something out of our control as well. The quote you were given also did not account for cutting drywall, etc, that we were instructed to do by you and your insurance adjuster. That quote covered extraction and drying only.
