"I love Carpet Medics!! My husband, my 4 children and I have lived in our new build rental home since 2022 and the floors were NASTY!! We called Carpet Medics after seeing the sign on Morton ranch, scheduled for the NEXT DAY (so convenient), he came out around 4pm that day and cleaned the whole upstairs carpet and included the stairs as well! On his way out we asked him if he could help us with our laminate flooring downstairs, he said definitely, Mr. Tim came out the following Saturday, and y’all…our floors went from crusty to spic and span!!!! Randy came over to look at the floor and he gave us a couple of price points. We chose a price option but wasn't sure how it will turn out. Randy told us he will come back same day to show us how the floor will look after he is done, he did come back and we loved the result.
We agreed on a date for the cleaning, Randy called ahead to let us know he was on his way. Though it took about 3-4 passes but the result is exactly what he promised us. He even fixed a few holes in the floor at no cost. The professionalism displayed by Randy and his dedication to his work was amazing. We will hire Randy again.
