"I rarely write reviews, but Eric Herrera and his crew earned this one. They removed the old flooring from my kitchen and laundry room and installed large-format tile throughout. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. Large-format tile isn’t easy to install well, but these guys are true professionals and the finished result speaks for itself. What impressed me just as much was their professionalism. They arrived exactly when they said they would every single day, worked hard, and left everything clean and tidy before heading home. It’s clear they take pride in both their work and how they treat their customers. I had already sourced the tile, and Eric supplied everything else needed to complete the installation. The entire process was smooth, straightforward, and hassle-free. "I love Carpet Medics!! My husband, my 4 children and I have lived in our new build rental home since 2022 and the floors were NASTY!! We called Carpet Medics after seeing the sign on Morton ranch, scheduled for the NEXT DAY (so convenient), he came out around 4pm that day and cleaned the whole upstairs carpet and included the stairs as well! On his way out we asked him if he could help us with our laminate flooring downstairs, he said definitely, Mr. Tim came out the following Saturday, and y’all…our floors went from crusty to spic and span!!!! Tim also bought us a bottle of cleaner to prevent the gunky build up that we witnessed him remove from our floors! Thank you so much Tim!! We will be in touch!"

"They came right on time and went right to work. They were polite and professional. Their cleaning was good to very good. They missed a few places here and there that rather surprised me as they were pretty obvious places to clean, eg. the TV and shelves around it, top of bookcase that is right at eye level, side of end table that had some big cobwebs on it. Other places they did a great job, eg., cleaning a vase of silk flowers so that they looked brand new and the bathroom counters fairly gleamed. Overall I was pleased and would use them again.
