I had my granite installed 2 months ago by someone else who did a poor job and never polished after grinding/shaping them. The granite countertop near the edges had no shine and looked awful. But Randy restored it to a perfect shine and perfectly blended. My granite is black colored which is harder to bring a shine, but Randy made it look like easy and was successful using the right diamond pads, equipment, and liquids. He talked us through the requirements and when we wanted to add on our 1/2 bath to the original kitchen contract he worked ot make sure that the granite we purchased would fit the small bath without having to buy additional granite.
