Randy came over to look at the floor and he gave us a couple of price points. We chose a price option but wasn't sure how it will turn out. Randy told us he will come back same day to show us how the floor will look after he is done, he did come back and we loved the result.
We agreed on a date for the cleaning, Randy called ahead to let us know he was on his way. Though it took about 3-4 passes but the result is exactly what he promised us. He even fixed a few holes in the floor at no cost. The professionalism displayed by Randy and his dedication to his work was amazing. We will hire Randy again.

Roberto's guys came in and did a terrific job repairing and painting the ceiling, pulling up warped flooring and replacing it promptly. Everything looked great and we had a buyer two weeks later"
