"Mr. Delrio runs his business with integrity. He is honest, trustworthy, kind and considerate...and fair in pricing, as well! I knew the moment I visited with him on the phone that he was the man for the job...and what a job it was! Yesterday, he and his friend, Jay, spent five hours stretching carpets throughout our home.
